A: Currently, we process one shipping address per order. If you need items sent to different addresses, we recommend placing separate orders.

 A: You can easily track your order’s status by visiting our “Track Your Orders” page and entering your order number.

Q: Do I need to create an account to make a purchase? 

A: No, creating an account is optional. However, registered users enjoy additional benefits. You can also proceed as a guest shopper.

A: Standard delivery times are 2-3 business days within Dhaka and 4-5 business days outside Dhaka.

Q: How are orders shipped? 

A: Orders are shipped via courier service from our warehouse in Dhaka to your provided address within Bangladesh.

Q: What are the delivery charges?

 A: Inside Dhaka shipping starts from BDT 80, and outside Dhaka shipping starts from BDT 120.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

 A: Please contact customer care within 12 hours if you need to change your shipping address after placing your order.

Q: Why was my order cancelled after confirmation?

A: Orders may be cancelled due to reasons such as providing incorrect address, declined payment, recipient refusal, or unavailability.
