  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for most locations in Bangladesh.
  • For remote areas, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A standard shipping fee of [e.g., BDT 70-150] is applied to all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over BDT [e.g., 5,000].
  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
  • Use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment’s status.

6. Delivery Partner

  • We partner with trusted local couriers like Pathao, RedX, Streed Fast etc. to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-deliveries.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive damaged goods or an incomplete order:

    • Provide photos of the damaged package and item(s).
  • We will work to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

9. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you for further instructions.
  • Re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

10. Responsibility and Disclaimer

  • Once the package is handed over to the courier, Dobby Denim is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).
  • However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery issues with the courier.
