8. Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive damaged goods or an incomplete order:

- Once the package is handed over to the courier, Dobby Denim is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).
- However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery issues with the courier.
