1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver all over Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Time

• Dhaka City: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
  (Delivery times may vary during weekends, holidays, or promotional periods.)

3. Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120
• Free Shipping: On orders above ৳4,000

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation SMS/Call before dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available nationwide.
• Customers are requested to check the parcel before full payment (if allowed by the courier).

6. Prepaid Orders

• Prepaid payments can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster processing.

7. Delivery Attempts

• If the courier cannot reach you, they will make 2 more attempts.
• Unreachable or unresponsive orders may be cancelled.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/video.
