At Dobby Denim, we strive to ensure a satisfactory online shopping experience for all our customers. Should you encounter any issues with a product or its size, we offer exchanges on orders or products within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Please ensure that the purchased item, invoice, and tags remain intact, and the product is in its original packaging and unused condition.
Please note: Our exchange/return policy applies solely to items sold at the regular price and is not applicable to items sold during special promotions or at discounted prices. Damages resulting from negligence, improper usage, or mishandling are not covered under the exchange policy. Additionally, exchanges are subject to item availability in our stock.
LOCAL ORDERS
Typically, orders are delivered within 4-5 working days. However, during sale periods, shipping may take 7-10 working days. Delivery charges amount to 80 Taka within Dhaka and 120 Taka outside Dhaka. Please be aware that delays in transit may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances. Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect it closely for any defects or incorrect sizing. If any issues are encountered, kindly inform us promptly so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
LOST PACKAGES IN TRANSIT
In cases of lost packages, it may take up to 4-5 days to investigate and locate the package or offer a replacement.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT
If a product is received with physical damage or if the package is received with a damaged seal, either empty or with fewer products than ordered, please contact our Customer Care within the next days from the date of receipt. We will investigate the issue and may request a digital picture of the received package/parcel to qualify your claim or compensate for the loss.
PRICE & TAXES
All prices on our website include VAT in accordance with applicable tax laws of Bangladesh.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to exchange an item due to a size mismatch or receipt of a defective item, we will provide a replacement of the item with payment of the delivery charge. Refunds are not applicable for local orders. However, exchanges are subject to item availability in our stock. Exchange/replacement of goods or merchandise is subject to inspection by our QA team. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled upon the customer’s request at any time before processing. Dobby Denim reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as articles out of stock, pricing differences, shipping cost differences, or technical errors. In case of cancellation, the amount paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card shall be refunded within 20 days of receipt of the order.
